its a nice game with a good art style maybe could you add something like a hard mode that ramps up faster
Glad you like it! We'll consider the possibility, at least.

At first, I really didn't like this game. It felt boring. Then I started to play again, and I found myself liking it. At first, I thought there were no way to be strategic about the gameplay, but there are a few very simple strategies you can use here. I like that this otherwise endless game has an end. Endless mode would be pointless, in my opinion, since the gameplay is very repetitive.
Hey, glad it grew on you! We agree with you about the endless mode; we were initially considering adding it, but decided it didn't really make the most sense with how everything else is in the game.

I really liked this game! It's not often that you see quality when sorting games by new, and this was a pleasant surprise. Music is great, graphics are simple but work very well, and the gameplay is quite fun. My complaints are:
Controls are a bit slippery, which can be a little annoying when catching dishes and serving dishes to people that are close to each other.
The upcoming letters on the dishes are a bit hard to see, which makes it harder to anticipate. I'd make them a brighter colour (like red) and maybe put them next to the dishes instead of on them.
I know the story is definitely the least of your concerns, but the friend doesn't have much of a use in the game. I have three ideas for them: 1. Remove them entirely, as they serve no purpose. 2. Split the game into playing as both characters, so maybe Finn collects dishes and then passes them onto the friend, who serves them. (That's my personal favourite option.) 3. Make another mode for him. Which leads me into...

Hey, thanks for the feedback, and we're glad you generally liked the game! It was initially developed as an entry for a game jam, but was never released since we didn't make it into the finalists. Afterward, we decided to try to finish it up as a full game, but without spending too much time trying to refine things too much since we're busy with other larger projects. So it was mostly just about trying to find a balance point with everything. We'll definitely at least consider some of the ideas you've mentioned, though!

Great concept. However some more content (upgrades, achievments, ...) should be included. 4/5
Thanks! The game started out as a game jam entry, and when polishing up the game for a full release, we wanted to keep it at a reasonable size for us to release quickly enough. We might do more with the concept in the future though!

Endless Mode. I was a bit surprised when the game ended instead of just going on until I failed, and I feel like it'd work much better if it kept going.
But overall, this game was very fun, and I'd like to see more if possible!
We'll at least consider the possibility of adding some more to it! Thanks again for the feedback.
