Good game overall, couple of gripes though the respawn, needs to respawn you where you are not insta-killed that how my game ended, 13 lives saved up and gone in 10 secs because I was respawned to death. when respawning either board should be cleared or you should have the shield effect on, to give a fighting chance. also the upgrades last hella short time. fix the respawn and you get 4/5 make the upgrades collectible for a perm boost and you get a 5/5

yeah the respawning instant-death thing can be a problem: I tried to fix it slightly by ensuring you get some powerups from the first few things you shoot. You need to use the short period of invincibility when you're teleporting back in to shoot as many enemies as possible and collect all the powerups....but I admit that's not a perfect solution.

So,Happy new year to all !!! You're my first five stars game of the year
At first I give you three stars,... then four after an hour of play, and right now I give you a great five stars.
Old can be so new than it can be (very) disturbing to someone.
The difficulty curve is really good. I had really great time, thanks for this new year eve gift ;)

I do enjoy bullet hell games a lot, but this is really harsh and unforgiving since you have no 1-pixel-hitbox like these games usually have. Given the fact that the enemies spawn under you as well, which is REALLY hellish since you have to stay in the lower third of the field, dying is quickly done. I really enjoyed the bit of what I played, but I just can't get anywhere without a better hitbox. And I'm normally rather good at these games, really.

How many levels does this game have?
sorry I didn't reply earlier - I've been really busy recently: it's got 101 levels in total - but they do get a bit ridiculous after about level 25.
