Mission 9 IS POSSIBLE: First go to the room where the safe is located. Equip sniper rifle. Then click under the "M" for menu, at the window. Shoot the 2 guys in the restaurant, go to the restaurant, take the key, go back to the safe and open it. --> Mission 9 complete :)
