This needs an option when creating a game that allows people to play as the small countries, if they so wish. That way, the matches won't be as boring, since the AI countries such as Denmark, Newfoundland, and French West Africa would be playable. An option like that probably would drastically alter gameplay, forcing players to rethink their strategies.
