This reminds me of a a very much simplified bubbletanks - not really enough for me but not a bad game.

Yeah, quite simple_x_.

It's okay... not too great, as it's rather simple. I suppose with a name like "Simplex" that's alright, though... still, you should probably flesh it out some, as you would also expect a name like "Simplex" to be complex.
