Pace is too slow, and the player has too little involvement. Even after spending 5-10 minutes grinding, each run basically amounts to pressing thrust or shoot over several seconds, and the remaining 95% of the run is just holding the up arrow key. Would be better if tricks were something you could do more often, and if the pace wasn't so sluggish.

Increased wind resistance = Nitrous? And when I'm on a downhill slope with muscle left I keep rolling even if I stop pushing the button. But if I'm on the same downhill with no muscle left I don't roll. Isn't gravity gravity? No matter how much power I have?

Not horrible, but it could be better. As others have said, the pace is way too slow on upgrades. The gun should also come with one shot. Since there's ab achievement for doing them all, the tutorial should include a list of tricks. The controls aren't bad, much better than racing games like this one, though this is really a launching game, but too forgiving. It should be possible to crash and have the crash end the run. Randomizing the obstacles and adding other features of launching games, like power ups and objects that give a boost might make the game more interesting.
