The rattle is way too hard; I couldn't seem to find the right speed or touch, so as soon as a baby wanted the rattle, the game was over. Also, no variation in difficulty was apparent.

OK I played the game knowing about the arrows, but it was just kinda long and drawn out and I just wanted the game to end...it's repetative

The green arrows mean to shake the rattle in front of the baby.
