Simple and fun. Music is a little annoying though, so please split the sounds - I still want to hear the penguins scram :)

Your level design isn't appropriate for the capabilities of the physics engine. Especially level 24 is pushing it; my penguin can fall through the chain, leading to "solutions" defying the mindset of the level. To make this work properly, you have to either stick to simpler levels or work on the physics. Despite that, the game was fun. I gave it 4 stars.
