Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. Good game. The author's understanding of wind power is backwards. Would be a better story if there was an earthquake, and you need to repair the underground system in order to restore motion to the underground generators and power to the town.

If it were the wind power from the windmills powering an underground community, it would make a lot more sense
