@Lokepi: I know this is only ur 2nd game, but i can't give u a good rating for this. Without AI it is just like playing TTT on paper and I can play TTT on paper against a friend anytime i want. So where's the point in playing ur game?
Since it's ur 2nd game i don't exspect fancy graphics or something like that. But honestly: The basic idea is bad. Couldn't u think of anything else than TTT? Sorry...
