Opis
Raising Wesley is a block-puzzle game with a story that is very loosely based on the evolution of a star. Place puzzle pieces in a full ring around the star to feed it before the time runs out and the star starves.

INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions are also described in the game tutorial.
CONTROLS:
Left and right rotate the star.
Up rotates the active piece.
Down launches the active piece.
Enter or Space switches between normal and gas pieces (after the first tutorial at least)
GAS PIECES:
1) Gas pieces pass through normal pieces, but land on gas.
2) Covered spaces in the board fill with gas. Fill a column of gas up until it has nothing covering it, and the gas will disperse. This leaves a hole that you can fill with more food.

Great game, but bit of an anti-climatic ending. Care to explain the meaning of it?
Otherwise, I really enjoyed it... it's a shame it didn't get more attention

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. The idea was that after you feed him enough mass he bursts into a stylized black hole.

Is something supposed to happen after I put the piece in on the first level?
Yeah, the completed ring should slurp into the baby head and it should enter a dialog part. What happened?

Is there supposed to be a visible difference between gas pieces and star food? They're all just black to me.
The first level should look like this: http://compositiongames.com/img/wesley/wesleyscreen1.png There are two gas pieces on that board, to the left of that baby head. If you let me know what browser you're in, I can take a look to see if it's working properly.

cool concept but launch button does not work
Thanks for letting us know. Do you mean the down button doesn't drop your piece? If you're in the first couple of screens, you can only launch if you're in the right position to complete a ring.
