Uh... I forgot which 3 of the open levels I haven't yet solved, and the solved and unsolved open levels all appear in white :-(

I think I finally figured out how blue cells work. They're always perpendicular to the direction that they were activated from. Right?

Fantastic game. I'm in love with the graphics.
Only complaint would be, that you should add a "reset entire level" button.

Another puzzle game that I fully expect to be badged sometime soon, misspelled title aside. It takes a bit of time to figure out the "rotating" facet of how the blue tiles expand (that is, they never expand in the same direction that it was created - it always has to "turn" - wfaulk put it correctly as expanding perpendicularly), so it'd be cool if that was made somehow more explicit in the beginning. The undo animation is a bit jarring - I don't see why it has to flash and shake the whole screen - just a blip or something would be enough. Aside from that, another great puzzle game. 5/5
