I think the main point here is that many skills were designed when battle ratings were a lot lower and sylphs did not exist. Much of the game, including many PvE battles have become no challenge. Even PvP has become a sylph war instead of an actual PvP. Jeez I sound like an old guy taking about the good old days. It is what it is though, so take it or leave it.

when you go into the arena shop the first tab i think is league insigma which is different to your normal insigma. click on your other tabs in arena shop and your should see your 10k insigma there

A maintenance that lasts about 3/4 hours to fix “various linguistic issues”? Wow, either the devs are extremely thorough or the typos are THAT bad.

It’s fun though because on R2 servers nobody mentioned that. No typos to fix for once. Instead, they’re deleting unactive players from “their” S1…

In that case readjust all the skills for all classes. Stuff needs switched up a bit. I agree that Poison Arrow is completely useless, and the slow of Deep Freeze is pointless now too. DF does still do descent damage and I’ve seen it useful for attacking back row targets in singles combat though. As for all advanced skills the only two I’ve seen any good use out of was the new Mage delphic and the new archer damage passive, so ya most of them suck.

Using the same skills the entire time you play the game gets very old. If you took the time to see I wasn’t complaining, well maybe a little bit. I was pointing out feature of the game from a knights standpoint that if changed could make the game more interesting, instead of dull repetitive combat. Everyone has the set procedure in the skills they use and there is no improv. Most of us could literally play in are sleep and many of us have.

I could say the same thing about archer skills. Half of our skills are only good for group arena, and only 5 are useful for things like class wars or BG. DF is hilariously useless. Not a single advance skill is ever useful for any reason, ever. Poison is hilariously useless. So, we have two sets of skills that end up being useful, one that includes scatter shot, and one that does not. One for PvP and one group arena. The End. Stop complaining.

Once you have several hundred thousand hit points, the measly 3000 heal pts u get from block is a drop in the bucket. The addition of the Penetration stat also has effected block rate, so knights block less hence get less measly 3k heals.

Necropolis opens after you beat all 100 lvls of Catacombs and I believe it only goes to lvl 30.

Upon class advancement Shadow Thrasher has the ability to gain a ‘slow’ passive, and ‘slow’ only works in Necropolis, but the effects of the Shadow Thrasher ‘slow’ is negligible so it only offers slight assistance. Shadow Thrasher as a skill itself is rather useless. The amount of rage it takes (at 35 rage) compared to the equally strong Ultimate Slash (at 10 rage) is senseless, and its bleed effect is so minute it adds nothing to the skill itself.

I wasn’t aware block heal was nerfed, but it seems to help me some.
Reverse Damage is I agree completely useless.

Shadow Thrasher works better in the Necropolis? I haven’t noticed it being amazing there.
I guess it’s level 2 form really helps it.
Delphic Bladestorm, I don’t have, because I think it requires the class advancement. Getting through Nightmare Void seems like it would be as easy as not dying from lava in real life if you fall in it. :)

And Mars Will, Ressurection, I don’t see them either.
I’ve been up to level 36 in the Necropolis, and I never knew about Shadow’s upgrade doing bleed damage, so I guess even little bits of damage add up.

Who thinks that Knight skills need a complete overhall or replaced with an actually useful skill set? As of right now knights have 3 ABSOLUTELY USELESS skills: Reverse Damage, Mars Will, and Block Heal (with the block heal nerf). Not to mention the semi-useless skills: Resurrection, and Delphic Bladestorm. Lastly the only partially useful in one aspect of the game (Necropolis) skills: Shadow Thrasher, and by relation the Shadow Thrasher Passive skill.

By far the WORST skills Knights have are Mar’s Will and Reverse Damage. Mar’s Will offers absolutely no assistance and actually does more harm to a team. For instance, the party members that catch the brunt of this are mages and triton users. Basically the party members you want to protect for their heal abilities, but they end up taking extra damage rather than the tank who is supposed to protect them. Also, when Mar’s Will is cast, an Intercept will effect the whole team. So everyone loses 50 rage instead of the single person that was hit by the Intercept. As for Reverse Damage, anyone that has ever used it or even read its description knows how absolutely pointless it is. I personally have no clue what the Devs were thinking when they created these skills besides, ‘Hay, here’s another way we can fudge over Knights’.

Block Heal could easily be repaired. I’m not saying take it back to its old 10% of max hp healing, but definitely raise it above a Max of 3000 hp especially with the skyrocketing Hit Points players have now. There has to be some middle ground. How bout make the heal 3-5% of max HP or a max heal of 8000-10,000 considering the Penetration stat will only become more effective in the future. Lets consider how much the Suntora skill heals for now. I see Suntora Regens upward of 40,000 per round for every player in a team. Even the Mages and Archers I have talked both agree that a 3000 hp block heal is completely ridiculous and practically useless.

I’d to throw Death Warrant on the list of useless skills but I have used it very little and have very little knowledge on its effectiveness. Death Warrant just seems like an upgraded Shadow Thrasher but it cost more rage and has a much longer cooldown. Neither Death Warrant’s dmg and/or bleed appear to be anything special, and for its cost of 60 rage, I might as well just do a Delphic Destroyer.

Note, I’d like to see Whirlwind with a bit more damage. Its not a horrible skill but it is the weakest AOE in the game by far, and its chance of bleed effect given through the Puncture talent once again is very little help.

Topic: Wartune / S11 needs a server merge badly

On my server, last wb of the day doesn’t always have a full top 10 for each class. Its not uncommon to see only 4-9 mages hitting wb until 1/2 way through the event. Some days, we don’t even get 10 mages before they event ends.

Getting arena parties can be a real chore if you don’t have a set group to run with. I usually give up after 30 min or when I run out of bullhorns.

Topic: Wartune / S11 needs a server merge badly

I PM’d Sanguine and I’ve asked him in this thread. We need to know exactly what is required for a merge. Not that we would engineer it. Obviously i’m only interested in Europe but it’s a sad state of affairs. 2 years ago we had 700+ people doing boss. now the servers got about 100 actives, 50 people log in for a chat and 300 alts.

- Fishing: Fish = another reward, Not all fish are loaded
- And why, after each of maintenance, coming more laggs?
