Este é um jogo híbrido de Ação/Point&Click de terror, feito não só para fãs casuais de P&C, mas também para fãs de Resident Evil, Dead Space, Silent Hill etc. . JOGO:. A história começa com você acordando em um quarto de uma casa assustadora e cheia de sangue. Você está coberto de bandagens e sua identidade é um mistério para todos, menos para poucos — incluindo você mesmo. Ao tentar escapar, você descobre que a casa é o covil de um ex-chefe de cirurgia maníaco, apelidado pela mídia de 'O DOUTOR', um psicopata que agora passa os dias experimentando uma arte cirúrgica obscura e abominável: a vivissecção — a junção de membros humanos e animais. Você é a mais nova vítima dele. Avançando no jogo, você percebe que nem tudo é o que parece e há segredos a serem descobertos, alguns deles chocantes. O JOGO:. THE INSANITY segue a tradição de muitos jogos point'n'click, mas também traz minigames de ação para manter o jogador atento, incluindo batalhas ou quebra-cabeças com tempo limitado. CONTROLES: MOUSE. Itens podem ser pegos com clique e devolvidos ao inventário clicando na área do inventário ou com clique duplo.

*Spoiler* Instructions for "The Machine." To beat "The Machine" you need to keep from getting your arm cut off for 30 seconds. The buttons on the left and right each have an arrow that shows which way the saw blade will move if you tap the button. After a certain amount of time the green button flashes. Sometimes it will flash and say "reverse polarity" which causes the arrows switch directions. Tap the button that moves the saw away from your arm and switch buttons if the polarity reverses.

To those who don’t know how to get the code to open the door, the code is in a book in the library. Click the book, go to the second page, look at the bright yellow piece of paper, and at the end of the paragraph should be the code. Oh, and the code number is always random, so try to remember it or just write it down. Hope this helps! :D
