It seems that difficulty don't fully reset when you lose: it's somewhat subtle but noticeable when you compare a new game after many reset and a new game after fully reloading everything. Either that or difficulty increase faster after a reset than before? (or a little of both...)
Otherwise, good game though perhaps one of the power-up could sometimes be an additional live?

Split is by far the best upgrade, then double (grab one every time split isn't offered), and bounce when you can. With enough splits and bounce, you get parabolas of bullet hell that sweep across the screen, eliminating 99% of enemies as they appear.

My biggest gripe with the game is the lack of i-frames

Some advice for players, kill the red half-circles Quickly! they're probably the most dangerous ones you can fight.

Needs levels so the player can take breaks. Also the type of upgrade you get and the time it takes them to spawn is too random. Plus, I like music in a game. It's a part of the experience. But this music does NOT fit a shooter game at all. And where are the sound effects?? The 'pew, pew, BOOM'? New releases on Kong have really sucked lately, and this isn't an idle 'game', so I'll be nice and give a 4/5.
