why is there such a long delay before my towers will target another creep, the fire dragons are almost useless because of it

This is a basic tower defense with no mute, one map and no xspeed. Music is good and gameplay is ok .Use 80% red dragons and 20% ice dragons to go far. It looks easy at the beginning but it not so easy to reach the final. 3/5 its better than the first version but I was hoping more.
