Pro Tip: Using a weapon makes the character hop slightly, this can be used multiple times in the air to save youself from pits, dodge obsticles or extend rat chains.

Make sure to max out the "new zones/stamina upgrade". Because if you reach the final gate, without the right helmet, you'll bonk off it...just like I did. Agreed, the speed upgrade not worth the trouble.

Why is it that when I'm flying in the air, there's like 50 rats on the ground, but when I'm on the ground there's barely ever any!?

buying the speed feature only made the game more difficult for me. Gave me less reaction time. I died faster. I expected the speed boost to enable me to move around the screen faster, back and forth to beat the obstacles, not increase obstacle speed.
