I can tell a lot of work was put into it, unless you stole all the 3d and physics stuff from other engines. Suggestions:
Have a shop where you can buy parts for your car. I couldn't even get past the first level, the difficulty was extreme. If you got money each time you completed the race, no matter in what place, you could buy your car things to make it go faster, steer tighter etc.

Ne edge lines on the track? It's to hard to see when you get near the edge.
