Excellent! Simple, fun, but slow at the beginning. Once you start upgrading, things get tough, fast. What I would have liked is a brief moment of invincibility after you take a hit-- I went from full life down to 1 unit in an instant! Also, the ability to buy life in the upgrade shop (pause menu) would have come in handy. I recommend this game.

This is a great entry for this years ludum and the complaints about the mute button, its harder than you think. It doesn't go along the evolution theme as much but it has fun gameplay, interesting idea, and overall very well done in the strict time frame.
