This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. if you die in dream endless mode just press e and wake up people that supported the high comments

It appears bosses do not level up (or enemies for that mater) as you level up. So, grinding is somewhat encouraged. I think what the programmer means by 'No level grinding' is that, if you do all the quests, you won't have to grind just for the sake of leveling up. So, in that sense, it is better than pokemon (You have to grind for the gyms, and for the elite four. No quests or anything to ease the grinding feel). And I expect to get some negatives for implying that.

the usefullness of charge is if you use a ability that uses energy after you use charge especialy if charge uses less energy then the other ability this way you do the same amount of damage for less energy

I don't understand why you'd spend one turn to do double damage next turn when you can just do single damage two turns consecutively.
