A broken Tetris.
The only thing that matters is clearing 4 lines at once! If you clear less than 4 lines, you loose points.
Try some combos clearing 4 lines after clearing 4 lines!

Good spin on a classic game - the hold feature is kind of a lifesaver, if nothing else buying you an extra few seconds to figure out what's going on! The shadowing of where your pieces are going to land is a neat addition, though it can be very confusing at times and takes some getting used to :) Never did figure out what the numbers under the rush label were indicating? Rows cleared? Something else?
