-Thanks for feedback and suggestions people. I may make a more developed version with levels, more story, bosses, achievements and so on. I decided to keep it this version simple to match the Endurance theme of the Stride contest.

Some perma upgrades would be good. Like:
Lazy boss: You need 10 more HP in order to go back to work. costs 50 sick days.
Allirgic to Oranges: Oranges give you 1 less HP each time you buy this. Costs 100 sick days.
More sickness: Decreases you regen rate by 10%.
Each item increases in cost by 30% each buy.
