Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Indeed, it's a heart-touching story. I really like simple games with stories like that :) Can't wait if there will be sequel <3

Pretty good, though I still don't know what the inventory was supposed to be used for.

It feels a bit more like a practice program than an actual game, what with the lack of true choice and with the inventory having no practical use, but if your objective was to see if you could make a visual novel game look truly professional, mission DECIDEDLY accomplished. I'm sure you'll go on to even greater things.
