Move mouse like a trow hoop to the purpose, press left button on start and release when you want throw hoop.

if you throw from the middle, 1x, and then move your mouse to 5x before it lands, you still getting times 5 :d

I'd maybe make the throwing a bit more intuitive and lower the difficulty a little, seems a bit too much trouble to master for a casual game.
