I have no idea what to do. I went into the "Tree" and got all the crystals lit up.

The color code-breaker bit doesn't flow from anything else. Yes, the dancing figures are kind of connected to it, but it was very much by accident that I clicked the right little thing to make a color dot float up. Even just having them all emit their colors as they come into view would help.
This has some fairly attractive appearance and I'd be happy to play a game with this look. I just need more connection between the puzzle points and a little bit of a story or travel line within the game.

Nice little game. One idea would be to make it where you can easily start over.
