I don't really think people get the joke (if there was a joke). There is a game called "Breakout" where you use a panel to hit a ball to destroy brick. This gameplay style has been emulated numerous times. The joke here is you click a button to "Breakout" and where one would expect to play said game, the ball breaks out of the box and leaves.

WOW! After playing this game, my dog came back from the dead, along with my passed grandfather, who I have been mourning for years over. They are now zombies, and have eaten the neighbors brains, but who cares?
