Good, simple. Maybe a little bit too simple, if anything, but it's a good little time killer.
I'd add more powerups if I were you. (Speed+, Size-, Screen Clear, etc)
And you could have points you earn, that you can spend on different colors for your background and dot, or something.
That's what I would need to give this 5 stars...but it's a solid 4 stars for now, and I like it a lot.
Sorry, I realize I made a lot of suggestions there, I just see potential. :)

Those red dots starts hurting ones eyes as they increase in speed. Making them a bit darker might help. Nice game otherwise.
