Why does every single amateur platforming game in existence have to include a jumping puzzle where the blocks are as wide as the character and they go on for torturously long time? Has anyone else noticed this? (thumbs up if so)
Even more so, the majority that have this painful sequence include it on the very first level. Is it truly so difficult to come up with different obstacles?

I don't get it. Not story? Check. No soundeffects except jumping on enemies? Check. Enemies are running on the same place? Check.Getting stuck sometimes? Check. Closed the game after 2 minutes? Hell yeah.

What you need is something to keep the player interested. There is no story, and I saw that the monsters couldn't kill you, so there is no point to them unless you add some sort of story, or leveling system.
