Jet upgrades actually make the game harder... increased speed but no control means that you can't get to bonuses and can't avoid meteors. Dont play this shit.

This game was not totally bad but.. Obviously to easy.. I do 2 try, and on the first i didn't understand we can move right and left.. You have no posibility to loose. I didn't buy any uppgrade and i finish the game.. This was not the principle of launch games..

This game sucks, the upgrades are more or less useless, getting all the way up is more or less dependent on constantly picking up fuel, and like other people have said, faster rockets make it harder to pick up bonuses and avoid meteors so it's actually counter productive to buy them. And what is with these things that cause you to not see your rocket-man that pop up several times, that shit serves no purpose other than to piss you off and make the game unnecessary harder, with no upgrades to counter that btw. This game sucks big time. 0 stars.
