Build the most successful colonies on Mars. With Science!
Mars Colonies is a RTS game about building and protecting your own colonies on Mars. Hire skillful colonists, help them survive marsquakes, dust storms and other threats, and build the most successful colonies on Mars. With Science!
วิธีเล่น
* Speed up the game with [F] key.
* Review how much energy and water a building needs in pop-up menu when you move cursor on building icon. After placing a new building you need to connect it with energy or water if building need any; make sure to connect power lines and water tubes to the right places on the South-West side of a building. If a building don't have water/energy, the warning icon will appear.
* Hire new colonists via "HIRE" button on the bottom-center of the screen. Colonists need food and oxygen.
* Review colonist's needs in the bottom-right corner by clicking on him. You can change the name or fire the colonist.
* Set up jobs for each colonist at "JOBS" window. It's not necessarily, but can make your colony and colonists more effective.
* Order resources at "ORDER" window. Helpful when you lack of oxygen or food.
* Cancel build mode by pressing ESC.
* Rename your colonists by pressing on their names.
* SHIFT+click – pick up unit from ground.

1. My colonists sometimes randomly go into the enemy's base to fight them, for no reason.
2. I zoomed in to play the game, i can't imagine how anyone else could play it without zoom. Make an option to play it fullscreen.
3. Enable targetting minerals like we target bases. Also colonists should always go to the nearest mineral rather than go off into the unknown when there's plenty around.
4. Enable turning the buildings around.
5. I need to know if i'm producing more food and oxygen than what my colonists need. Or how fast they're consuming it.
That's it for now. It's awesome though, deserves a 5/5

This game is underrated, it deserves a 4+ rating and that is an understatement. I like how all colonist have their own strengths and flaws. I would be nice to know the exact numbers: f.e. thick, speed reduced by X %. There should also be a way to skip a certain colonist to hire. I would recommend that you can pay X science to change all colonists to hire. Geotowers have two major flaws: (1) sometimes the best collection of resources is just below it and you have to destroy it and then build it again and (2) it is hard to defend cause it is sometimes far out of base. A solution to both problems would be that once you know where all the resources are, destroying the geo tower doesn't undo that knowledge. This game is really good and has much more potential. Make campaign longer, add single missions, let the player chose difficulty, add defensive towers, make an AI that can build the same things, more units/buildings, ... . 5/5.

need to be able to rotate buildings, and the output pipes needs to be way more obvious.

Nice concept, but:
You should be able to the pipeline ports before placing a building.
If my factories do not produce anything (because the storage is full) they should not use any energy.
Maybe you should get part of the building costs back after demolishing (especially if the building has not been used yet).

The most annoying thing in this game is that you need to know the port location for energy and water of every building to actually make a base. You don't even see the locations of it before you build it and this is a serious fault here as it is very very important.
