What does the shopping mall do?
It adds daily income of 1000 , but in the next versions i want to add an entertaiment feature where buildings like cinema,restaurant and shopping mall will find their uses.

Popularity system seems broken. If I set tax at 29% and social expenses at 0% I gain 0.2 popularity. But if I set tax at 0% and social expenses at 100% I only gain 0.25.
