It’s either in the cell above vent, in the cell top left of the writing on the wall scene (turn left twice in cell) or in the boiler room right, door bottom right corner!

This is what escape games should be. Multiple rooms, good graphics, a decent story, puzzles that make sense (I seriously hate escape games where you need to do a sudoku puzzle to open a dresser or something) and it didn't require mindless clicking to find any hotspots. Turning the valves was a bit of a pain, but otherwise 5/5
Thanks! I have made the valves & wheel puzzles easier (update should take effect soon). I added color to the pipes to make them easier to distinguish too!

the scraps of paper on the table once you make it you should have it automaticly made once you leave it. once you go back its unraveled again
