Evil Block Invasion is a simple shooter game featuring upgradable stuff. You control the mighty circle cannon and it is in your hands to protect the peaceful Circleland from evil blocks. Shoot those imperfectly shaped blocks out from Circleland. Be careful, some blocks are more tough than others! And obviously, the more circloins you end with, the higher you will rank.
For best experience play in cinematic mode.

Press 'P' to pause game.
Press 'R' to restart game.
Press 'ESC' to go back to menu.

Also moved the animation in Instructions a little bit so it does not cover the text in certain browsers.

hmmm lvl 13 "boss" unit .... cannot be killed without cannon upgrade :D ... lvl 26 seems to be impossible to beat, since even with full upgrades not enough dmg to kill them all :D .... some music would be nice

Im sure lvl 13 boss can be killed without cannon upgrade and even without critical upgrade. You just need to figure out the best combination of fire rate, damage and bullet speed. Level 26 is hard and Ill try to look into it soonish. Thanks for feedback.

Died on level 26 with all upgrades.
Only problem points are at the very beginning (aiming slow shots) and when the thick border ones show up for the first time. otherwise, simple but fun game.

it would be very nice if white sqaures (the ones with more border) while are being hit the border would start to get thiner and thiner till it dies .. or make ALL squares small and while hit get larger, slower and thiner .. just a thought ..
Cool idea. I already thought about something similar but I have no time now. But this is definitely going to happen sooner or later xD

Also I'm givin it 4 stars. DEV sure knows what are games about (not like some games with all the cool graphics but lack of gameplay).
Only thing that made me not to give 5* is missing replayability. OK, give it 1 die - end game. But there should be atleast some bonus on RESTART, like, you've died in LVL27, then you'll have 27% EXTRA damage in next run

1. YES, it's possible to go over lvl 26. I've died in LVL 28. All you have to do is KILL everything fast and on sides of screen as soon as possible as if it's closer to bottom, and you're trying to shoot it, 70 or 80% goes off screen without any other targets in their way.
2. LVL 13 Boss is no problem at all without cannon upgrade if you invest all in fire rate/damage and spend very few into bullet speed (lvl3 or 4 of bullet speed is enough)
