Get rid of soda cans and up the default speed to soda-speed and it'd be much more playable.

As long as you keep attacking you can stun entire groups of enemies and you're untouchable. Also everything is incredibly slow and you should be able to move down and sideways at the same time (or at least be unable to move up and sideways at the same time)
