Good but why can't I exit the level when completed?

good: the graphics are good(maybe need a different animation for when character is jumping)
some nice gameplay elements :i like the wrap around on the level, reminds me of packman. the treasure chest for kiling all enemies is good feuture, also the black blob that chases you

bad: the control responses, as already mentions by Atomsk. i would turn gravity up a bit to make the jumping less floaty, and you need to get rid of the slow character acceleration, when you change direction or move off from standing reponse is to slow. i dont feel like i have enough control of character.
also gameplay soon becomes repetitive, and game is easy. maybe try collabs feuture to get some help with gameplay? on packman theme, how about somthing that chases you all the time like ghosts in packman.

it is fun, the controls are really loose and trying to get the key in lvl 2 is a pain so many times just spring boarded up into the mud
