"Karoshi" เป็นคำภาษาญี่ปุ่น แปลว่า "ตายเพราะทำงานหนักเกินไป" ในเกมนี้หลายอย่างไม่เป็นอย่างที่คิด เป้าหมายของแต่ละด่านคือ...คุณต้องตาย! แต่ละฉากจะมีความท้าทายใหม่ ๆ มีวัตถุหลายอย่างให้ใช้แก้ปริศนา และในด่านหลัง ๆ เกมจะทำลายกฎของตัวเองเพื่อเซอร์ไพรส์คุณ มีทั้งหมด 50 ด่านสุดฉลาดและบอสไฟต์ท้ายเกม หวังว่าคุณจะสนุก (กับการฆ่าตัวเอง)! ถ้าเคยเล่นเวอร์ชัน Game Maker ใช่แล้ว นี่คือเวอร์ชัน Flash อย่างเป็นทางการ!
