Buy upgrades in the store to unlock better ways to stab Senpai.
Click the "Toggle Knives" button if all the knives are slowing down the framerate.
Hold down the left "ctrl" key and drag the mouse to move the camera.
Zoom in or out with the scroll wheel.
Hold down the "," key or the "." key to adjust breast size.
