not sure if this works, but i always aim to get to the firecracker within 30secs without using extenssions (use them if you can ofc) and then just do 1 high jump for every 3 horizontal to help get speed and height, try get extensions when you can but dont aim to get them, and to make it to the restaurant you gotta be doin about 150m/s and tailslide+multi-starslide your way up and count your lucky stars (bad pun :P) that you get a star slide, careful it doesnt throw you off the end of a starslide though, that seems to disactivate them for me :/

for those who are wanting to know about star sliding go up to at least mars and you will see stars hold down to tail slide on them.To get more speed do tailslides at the beginning.
