Awseome game:) But i noticed that the footman and the mage has exact same voice and says the exact same things as footmen and spell breakers from warcraft3

It isn't like kingdom rush invented this kind of defence game, but this is clearly a rip-off. The art style, the upgrade trees, the tower levels, it's all derivative. Even the main menu looks like kingdom rush's.

It's like a TD's retarded cousin, it's missing a lot of elements from TD games that are essential and I don't think the Rock paper scissors element was good in this type of game

Absolutely loved the game, completed it 100% Death Plateau was my favorite level. If you make a second game, please include more waves, attack priority and please make sure you add some sort of system where you can move the huts that spawn units, Survival mode would be brilliant on this game.

It's not a perfect fix for the focused attacking but planning ahead and moving your units around in their movement circle makes a huge difference. Charging with warriors to get the mages etc...

It's ok, but I just can't deal with the inability to tell your units who to attack. That's immensely frustrating. There's nothing that makes you want to rage quit quite like watching as, say, your archers furiously attack a group of skeletons while a necromancer or two sit in the back just a-summonin' more and overwhelming you, and all because there is no way to make your units take just a couple of those shots and direct them at the real problem. Satyrs kind of have that problem too, as if a mage slows them they just fall to the back of the group and regenerate making them a far larger headache than they should be. Oh, and that goes for those retarded archers that come in and shoot your units as they sit there attacking some other enemy and allowing themselves to get killed off too. So basically this is good to start off, but as the game goes on enemies become more and more complex while our ability to control our units remains extremely simple and lacking, and that's no good.

For those of you who are having trouble on level 10; after hiring both miners, it is actually better NOT to send waves early, because you the two miners will generate a higher income (I'd say around 60-80g) than the 30 or so gold you get from sending the wave asap. Hope it helps :)

Hmm...counting facebook and google+ i now have all the skill maxed out plus 9 skill points and i miss 1 from the last level. So basically the game give you 10 (1+4+5) skills points that you can't use anyhow. We should have more skills or skills should cost more in order use all the points at the end. Beside that, great game, very funny even if i don't get why i can free a dragon lair in order to get a dragon and end up with a demon instead : |

guess I need to play this again. I finished it a while back, before the badges were in place. Cool game, decent level of difficulty, good replay value. Part 2 please

a feature that let you select what kind of enemy to attact (first, last, strongest, etc.) would be MUCH appreciated :)
+1 to make this visible

ok, not an original idea... but it's very well done, a very good alternative to kingdom rush, actually superior in terms of game speed and playability

Definitely a challenge but so far I haven't found it too bothersome to try a level 2 or 3 times. Really enjoy the graphics :) Spell scroll drops add a bit too variability though. Maybe increase drop rates when someone looses at a certain level to scale the difficulty to anyone's needs?

Definitely needs some kind of targeting ability so that you can attack the monsters nearest to you not the ones closest to the exit, it's really annoying when your archers are facing the wrong way to do anything and just keep getting killed by anti mages

Are wave based skeletons meant to give gold? Cos they don't. I mean, i can understand the graveyard ones, and the ones summoned by necromancers not giving gold, sure. But the ones that come as part of waves really should.

This one is for sure in my top 10 if not top 5 defence games. Also love it that you are not money hungry like so many other creators...
Onley thing is I do find the game quite easy but its still a very good game.
Things for the second version if you make one ( I hope you do like I think many others. )
Unit priority button for example you want your rangers shoot the necromancer not the skeletons. More levels! The bosses also need to be way harder. Maybe you could even make it so you can play it like this as defender but maybe also an evil campaign were you are the attacker? And the specials were good but maybe get a spell to summon knights? But well 5/5 fav.

Derp, nevermind. Didn't see the low quality button in the in-mission pause menu. To be fair, it should probably be accessible from the other menus or right-click.

@ Pykrete While in the middle of the game, click the upper right button next to the fast forward button and it will bring you to a menu. At the bottom of the menu, you will find a low quality with the checkbox. :)

A great Kingdom Rush derivative, with some nice enhancements. But without different modes of play for each level (which require different strategies), it's a little short and not quite as fun. 4/5
