Actually without those two customers you can't finish level, so the game is stuck at level 8 and won't finish. Fail

And I spend money on level 2 boxes, my money goes but it has no effect (the upgrade is still available) 1/5 buggy as hell

It freezes every time, you can't handle two people at the same time

Ignore Opthalmology on level 8 (red scarf man and police man go there) they will be stuck there, and the level won't finish (they freeze)
