it would be nice if at the begining of the game you could choose sandbox mode instead of going the entire game and then failing and then doing sandbox

i really think that if u play on easy u should b able to easily win in the time frame. otherwise this is a really fun game

I think that the building cost for palace is too damn high. There are other useful buildings in game, but you can't really afford them except for basic ones). You just hoard up production and ultimately fail. I suppose this goal IS achievable, but there is just ONE right way. Which is not good for game with unlinear skill tree.

I'm having an issue where I'm accumulating culture, but not getting any research points from it. Is there any way to fix this?

I really don't like the 100 turn limit, but the game's concept is fun. This is like an old DOS game that I played over a decade ago.. The name escapes me, but it was like this game, except the idea was expanded upon 100 fold. This game has better graphics, though. 3/5 for this version. I eagerly await a new version that expands the gameplay and replayability.

This game slows down way too much in the later levels for no apparent reason, taking 15 seconds or more to register a click on anything and sometimes running numbers of people all the way to max or all the way to 0 without me doing anything. I got a new computer last month and it can't run it. Does it have compatibility issues with macs?

Doze punny lil tribesmen r no match for us! Gonna eat em alive! Attack!... Oh. no! Dose cunnin lil bastards built a PALACE! Retreat!

Too bad your success depends so much on random events that sometimes don't even make sense. I got an alert (in several games) of a low speed and low strength disaster. Barricading and maneuvering don't work (?!), but only fleeing, and not with a good rate of success.

I cant play this game anymore -.- I was just playing along (My best game and first time i was going to win) When i decided to increase stoneworking. Guess what happened? I cant take any peeps off it so its always at maximum... now i have no peeps to guard so im kinda dead...+ its on every save file even if i make a new game soooooo I kinda broke the game?

I literally have no idea whatrs going on... Why is is if i HAVE to take people from gathering to increase my pop? Why can'ti take poeple from worshipin go production to increase pop? Why make me STARVE my people to INCREASE pop.... Literally make NO sense....

Easy mode really is easy. I managed to beat it with 10 turns left, but I suppose that I got lucky. I had just pumped everyone into my stoneworks, to get that palace. VERY fun, and I'd love to see something a bit more "In-depth" done.

Just played to round 65 and barbarians killed five of my guys, and took all my stoneworking lands. I tried researching to allow for more stoneworkers and it won't let me, so the game is now unplayable. You seriously need to fix the random events.

Twice. TWICE IN A ROW I have lost this game by 1 TURN! Extremely annoying.
FYI, the last turn is turn 99. You don't get the chance to build a palace on turn 100, you have to complete the turn before.

well my tribe died in day 1 because they fought and lost a battle where we will be eaten.... well that's what i get for naming my tribe pedobear

My population growth rate was always incredibly low (like 0.03) - by the end I still only had 13 people, and hadn't lost many people. Can't see anywhere which indicates how to increase it...

Okay, my comment was cut off with no indication to me that it would be. Neat. Long story short, make the game feel more controllable. I won not because of my own strategy and management, but because I got lucky. Few attacks, more than a few wealthy nomads. The game LET me win.

I don't much care for the random elements of the game. I had one run totally neutered by an ice age which lasted from the third turn until about turn 30. I've been attacked by cannibals two turns in a row with >5% threat, and never attacked while keeping myself at t feel quite so cheated by an otherwise solid game.

1/5 It is really ultimately if you look and understand it and have played Civilization then its a really cheap knock-off of Civilization... could have gone much better then what it did, sorry to say.

There should be a button to decrease a food production site to the least number you can have without starvation for those times you don't have any more space for people to live in.

is not right that you say there's no more room.. those barbarians have room right?? i have more than 2k people, more than 2-5k haven't joined us because there was no room.. i can make 4k food a day and they only consume not even half of it.. i have 160k+ of them stones to throw at those barbs.. culture too much to count! my def is so bad-ass i have never seen them attacked in years.. 1 click, JUST 1 CLICK I'D RULE THEM ALL!!..

i didnt find this game as the reviews said. i got kinda bored after i figured out that the game consist on pushing end turn 80 sum times or so. i would like if there were other tribes i can attack and maybe make an alliance/ mortal enemy or two.

There's a bit of an issue where percentages stack. If I lose 50% of my mountain area twice, I have none. Freaking strong/intelligent barbarians.

it would have been nice to know that you need to put an excess amount of guys in food gatherig to increase your population.

Deity win, here's how I did it: Saved a tech point to get Religion asap in middle age. My endgame techs were Fishing Nets level 2, Craft level 5 and Piety level 1, everything else was prereqs. Hit a max pop of 647 right near the end. I kept threat under 30% and I was able to fight off barbs with my garrison. Only buildings were Dwelling, Workshop, Burial Place & Palace. Victory on turn 96, 5031 pts.
