For some reason I can't buy a new weapon. It says double click to buy but apparently it's not working.

i am playin but while i drive, there is no more cars comin my way that i can shoot, so all i am doin is drivin around so its kinda gettin boring, i been waiting for a good 10 mins now and there is no cars comin my way that i can shoot, so umm what do i do now?
