Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Starfighter is a top down view space shoot em up flash game.
You control a Class A Starfighter and have to use it to complete 30 varied missions. You will be rewarded an amount of money depending on how difficult the level is thought to be, and you may spend this money on upgrades and various weaponary.

You guys, it's not just this game and Starfighter: Disputed Galaxy, Starfighter came first, Starfighter: Quadrant Wars came out shortly after, (It was fun at first when we could chat, but too many hackers were spreading word about so the developer decided to take it out.), Starfighter Disputed Galaxy came out a while ago with Multiplayer. Hackers were getting so bad that they took it out. It's most likely that they wont put it back in either. Finally, Starfighter Defender came out. It came without Multiplayer and would extremely improved if they allowed Co-op. That's how it went.

You can only turn right and shoot at the same time, would'nt work if you shot then turned left...
