Try to help the soldiers on the battlefield by delivering the medical supplies they need. You can pick them up after a plane drops them and then drive them to the place where they are expected. But you will have to be very careful to avoid the dangers of the war, especially mines and other obstacles, because you might damage your jeep. Always keep an eye on your health bar.
