The combat animation is way way way way way way way way way way way too slow. There's no reason for the animation to take such an extreme amount of time between each action. Double the speed.

I got the 4th hero (not sure at what floor, reached floor 20th overnight), but it's almost useless: you still need an armor tank in front and the extra hero will only slightly increase the total damage of your party.

@CMZA: Do you have more than one hero unlocked? If so, focus the one in the front into armor and one of the others into healing. This way you'll be able to progress. If you only have one hero, accept that you can't farm floor 13 right now and lower your health or healing so that you're killed instead of looping infinitely (this will let you get xp from lower floors until you eventually best floor 13).

I'm stuck on floor 13. My character has 1400 hp, and keep getting hit for 1150 dmg. I have 1680 healing, so I keep taking two hits and healing non stop. Any fix for this?

I also kind of wish this game had chatrooms. They would be extremely nice. Anyway, great update ^^ But I kind of wish I could have some info in-game regarding Layer 2 perks, when they are unlocked, and what they do to Layer 1. It's kind of....uh, mystery. Also would be nice to check when I get next stat point or hero.

@FroggerbobT: I am currently level 340 with highest floor 18. My warrior has ~30k armor and ~34k hp, my cleric heals for ~40k, my ranger deals ~24k. I can reach floor 18 (where I die) because the 6 enemies on floor 17 only deal ~5k damage to my warrior, which is promptly healed by the cleric while the ranger deals damage. If I were to turn the warrior into a paladin (thus splitting points between hp, armor, heal) I would never beat floor 17 because the "paladin" would die in a single turn and never get to heal. Therefore, since higher floor are basically the only decent source of xp, I believe full armor warrior + cleric to be more effective at grinding than mixed paladin + ranger. Does that make sense, or am I missing something?

So my Tank is taking 6K damage per round and has 36K health, allowing him to survive 6 rounds. My Cleric heals for 23K, allowing him to heal basically 4 rounds worth of attacks in one go. Yet he insists on healing every single round. Seriously, we need manual control over the healing.

I did not realize that changing skill point distribution changes classes, that's pretty neat. It could use some better indication though.

could you please write the scaling functions for prestige in the description of it so we can calculate if it is worth to wait a little bit before prestiging?
Also I really like the way you updated the game and listened to the community! Good Job!

Would be cool to have some kind of "trample" skill or ability to deal % of overkill damage to the next target. It pains me to see my heavy hitter finish off enemy with 10 hp...
This may very well just be on my wish-list for the game. But new features have to wait until the core of the game is polished enough to extend it with new features. I feel that its getting there though! (Edit: this is in the game these days through the Armory)

100 points = 1 prestige tier 2 point. Points spent on gameplay unlocks do not get spent- ones spent on stats or not spent on stats get used. Warning for those saying it cleared it, it did so because of this.

@ArgentDuergar - make a paladin (armor, healing, hp) and fill everything else with full-damage rangers. Paladin will try to keep itself healed, while rangers will kill everything.

Has anyone else found a trio of adventurers that does better than full armor warrior + cleric (w/ enough healing to fully heal the warrior and the rest in damage) + full damage ranger? This is what I'm currently using

Its will be great if there is an achievement screen, to show the rewards we should be aiming for. If not the game gets boring when we are only waiting and not expcting anything.

Desperately needs an auto level reset function when progress on a floor slows down to too slow a crawl. Floor 16, third prestige, nothing is really happening anymore.

i think it is to simple, stack armor on 1 and dmg on all other, i would make the armor from a flat dmg reduce to a percentage like in wc3, the higher the armor stacks, the lower is the gain on dmg reduce, maybe a min dmg of 1
that way you always take dmg, even a low amount, but it is always a good idea to take a healer

This game is quite fun xD I do hope you stick with updating it, add some way people can donate to it :P I'd love to see some point where it paradigm shifts to more classes but dunno how difficult that would be to code.

You could add some sort of ingame guide system. Like Get to stage 20 to unlock ??? or get 20 more level to earn another prestige point.

The game becomes better and better by day! Keep up a good work and IA shall become one of the best idle games in a few months!

i dont get it i made it to grind 1800 lvl over night and had to choose between layer 1 (66 prestige points or layer 2 (with new upgrades 1 point) i got the second one and lost all the stats upgrades from layer 1
bug or feature ?

Eventually, you need two clerics, 1 point in atk, rest in healing, and one tank, 1 in atk, rest in hp... And it gets slow as sin!

For anyone still wondering about the prestige where it says (floor-10), it means it starts 10 floors below where you died. If you stopped at 14, then you'll start at 4.

heal AI i think better add if (enemy damage - my armor)*enemy num bigger then my current hp and smaller then my max hp use healing at the first one who takes the damage

It's very awesome. Very Idle. Its a true Idle which is good. It's missing a certain something though. Too much watching and waiting. I VERY MUCH love the fact that I can re-do the builds, I also really like that that starts you from stage one. I'm not asking for some clicking per say, but I feel like something is missing. I need to state that this is an awesome game idea. It is refreshing. I have young kids so its nice to be able to walk away for
making dinner or wiping a kids ass, but even if its small, I want to come back to more than rebuilding specs.

Progress toward the next layer in the prestige window and gained PP from current run in the battle window would be appreciated.

Oh and with the Names I picked generic D&D names, dunno if you played NGU or other games, but you could go the opposite and just have Wacky Names for Mobs, or maybe start generic and then go crazy later as a bit of fun, totally up to ye of course.

Really Enjoying the game, Have Prestiged Twice and got Third Hero, Double EXP and Double Armour (My second Prestige got 2 Prestige Points), I feel like now the game might end up going too fast though still having trouble reaching Floor 20 still (we will see), BTW this is Day 2 Playing the game and already 2 Prestige's, so gotta say it to all the "progress is slow" peeps, WTF? It's an IDLE GAME FFS.
Anyway wanna recommend two things: I'd look at how to create "Random Enemy Names" and I'd do them in Batches so for Floor 1-10 for instance have Goblin, Rat, Rabid Rabbit, Feral Dog, etc, then for Floor 11-20 things like Hobgoblin, Robber, Ruffian, Fallen Knave, etc and so on.
Secondly, maybe a 4th or 5th Hero would also be noice, 3 is def a step up, but would love some more.
Anyway these are just recommendations, the game is fine as is so far.
