level 8 is incomplete. you can't solve it.

When you fail in a second part of a lvl, you restart at the second part, but as soon as you turn the valve, you fail because you didnt complete the first part.

Yes, there's a part missing in part two of level eight.

I think you cant solve the second part of lvl 8. or am i missing something?

Fun game, but I think I am missing something on level 8 part 2.
