As quite a few people have already said, it plays pretty much click for click like your older games. Something new and exciting would have been nice, because for me this just feels like replaying something I've played previously, theres no engagement, and frankly no fun.

Its literally just Mob Wars re-skinned. Which in turn was a re-skinned zombie slayer. If that's what you want, then it does a good job at it, but I personally don't see a lot of appeal. No hate against the developer at all, I just wish there was something new included.
Well this game was made by the same people that made the other two, so a little similarity is to be expected. :) If it's not for you, then no biggie. By the way, of the four games we have Zombie Slayer is the most different.

Extremely stupid quests from the start like "consult Oracle 20 times" or "harvest your crops" - hey why the heck do I have to consult it 20 times???? One is not enough? Or why do I need a dagger to harvest my crops? A sickle would be more appropriate for this kind of job. Al in all the game is very off-putting from the start :(
The Oracle isn't very good at their job, but they're the only one we've got. Also, they're very tiny crops, like the ones you plant on a windowsill. :)

On a scale of 0-10, 0 being a meh game 10 game changing my life: +4 for pretty solid game, -2 for Pay2Win, -93984 for energy bar...seriously? = overall score of...are you kidding me? an energy bar? why did you think that was a good idea...

Vertical game windows are NEVER a good idea. Players like to be able to find everything w/o scrolling down. Also, could use some sounds :) 3/5 for now, has great potential.
The vertical window is something we hear a lot about and we're working on ways to make it a bit slimmer. We can certainly look into adding sounds as well, thanks for the feedback! :)
Energy works well for these types of games and we try to make it as unrestricted as possible. Try asking your Chieftains for an Energy boost if you need a bit more!

Oi! But those things were in their sagas, legends and myths. ^-^ Romans made up the horned helmet things to 'demonize' the people they were trying to subjugate.
[not to say there were no horned helms, as there were, they were ceremonial rather than combative though. ] That said I applaud you and this game and all of its massive content.

Like the game, just want to point out, Vikings ( And norsemen in general for that matter) did not wear horned helmets :)

Funny that you mention that it is a good game for Facebook users: Viking Clan launched on Facebook a while ago and we recently brought it to Kongregate thanks to requests from the people playing our other games on this network, so it makes sense that it would be in the same style.
