Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Shop Empire is back with an awesome third game! Place shops, restaurants and other facilities to build your own shopping empire! Attract people with your business, earn lots of cash, hire staff, place new stores, get cool upgrades and be the biggest boss of the shopping mall industry!

Instructions:
- Use your mouse
- ASWD keys to scroll the screen
- There is automatic saving data game each day (09:00 am)
- Please allow cookies so automatic save can works
- Please make sure to update your flash player to the latest version.

Every shop in the same group have a good effect for each other.
Group A : Blacksmith, Armory, Weaponry
Group B : Witchcraft, Potion Shop, Gem Shop, Fortune Teller
Group C : Barber Shop, Wardrobe, Jewelry
Group D : Pottery, Furniture, Wagon shop
Group E : Brewery, Tavern, BBQ, Eatery
Group F : Book Store, Medicine, Terrace
Group G : Live Stock, Soup, Fruit Stall, Butcher
Trading Post seems to have a good combination with all of the shops
