Loved it, the artwork is amazing but this needs upgrades, a lot of them, different weapon powerups and more enemies 3/5
I know, there is a lot to improve on, I've been focusing on the artwork though and I'm glad you like it! Thanks!

Great job! I'm working through the tutorial as well, and am having a great time trying to customize everything as I see fit.
And despite what others have said, the visuals were great. They were a bit rough, but I loved the steampunk-ish style!
I also liked the one enemy that throws smokebombs at you. Very unexpected. Keep up the good work!

I'm trying to figure out the point of this game. No story?
This is not a proper game, I was just learning ActionScript.

you should add sound in your next game, if you make one. Also, most of the enemys were too small and the graphics are kind of crappy. 2/5 still great for a first game though. also you should add bosses and upgrades and give it a storyline. you should try redesigning it to give it waves and different levels and different ships, too
Unfortunately I suck at composing sound and I didn't want to use someone else work. Luckily I've got a friend musician whom I'll ask to take care of the sound next time I'll be doing something bigger. This wasn't supposed to be a proper game in the first place, just a thing to learn about ActionScript. Thanks for your replay!
