Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. How to beat level 2: press p to use the phone and a car should come driving by. Shoot the wheels of the car and the car will stop. Soon people will come out of the car, and when you shoot the guy that is wearing a hat, you win! KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE!
